Between 20 December 2008 and 10 January 2009 the weekly rate is US$5,385 irrespective of the number of guests, up to a maximum of 8.

Reef View Pavilions consists of two luxury villas, Tradewind and Turtleback, which can be rented on a combined basis as shown above. This is especially valuable if guests would like additional, but separate, accommodation for others (parents, adult children or friends etc) to join them for all or part of their stay. But please note that both villas must be booked at the same time. Of course it is entirely possible to book Reef View Pavilions for a week, preceded or followed by a further week or weeks in one or other of the individual villas, subject to availability.

Rates are in US$ and are for Reef View Pavilions, with accommodation for up to eight guests in two villas. Rates include full housekeeping and laundry services without any additional service charge, but staff gratuities are welcomed at guests’ discretion. The owners, Anthon and Sharon Antoine, will greet you on arrival and show you around the villa. Babysitting is available at a nominal additional cost. A travel cot for an infant is available if needed. Initial provisioning is available and charged at cost.
A 25% deposit will secure your reservation and is non-returnable in the event of cancellation within 16 weeks prior to your booking, unless a direct replacement booking is found. The balance is payable 35 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Payment can be by US$ bank draft or certified cheque payable to the owner and sent to Spice Isle Villas, PO Box 1234, Grand Anse, St George, Grenada, West Indies, or by direct wire transfer to the owner’s bank account.

Whilst owners take every precaution to ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of their properties, neither they, their staff nor Spice Isle Villas or its representatives can accept any responsibility for the design, structure or layout of the property and no responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage arising from those matters and the use or occupation by guests or their families - guests are therefore entirely at their own risk and should obtain insurance if they have any concerns.

Construction: Spice Isle Villas cannot be held liable for any construction work. Building work and the resultant noise from building sites adjacent to villas may occur at any time. When we have notice prior to arrival we will advise guests accordingly and if necessary and/or possible offer an alternative villa. If we are unable to find substitute accommodation we will reduce the cost of the villa to reflect the impact, if any, of the building work.
