Located within just a few yards of a quiet beach, this magnificent house looks out over a picturesque and sheltered bay in L’Anse aux Épines, one of the prime residential areas in the south of Grenada.

Nutmeg Bay Villa has five bedrooms (thee kings and two twins) in the main house, all with splendid en-suite bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 people in absolute comfort. In addition, an adjacent, self-contained cottage provides a sixth bedroom, if required. Although the oceanfront setting ensures a near-constant trade wind breeze, all the bedrooms are air conditioned for additional comfort and open directly onto the fabulous south-facing sun and pool terrace, with its beautiful wooden furniture and superb infinity edge pool.

The crystal clear pool is a saline pool balanced with naturally produced chlorine, making it very pleasant to swim in. Two gazebos provide covered outdoor dining and seating areas and there is ample space for relaxing in and out of the sun.

Despite the fact that ‘outdoor living’ is what holidays in Grenada are all about, Nutmeg Bay Villa has still more relaxed and luxurious comfort inside. From the large and amazingly well-equipped kitchen to the dining area with seating for up to 10 people. From the beautifully furnished lounge and atrium to the outside barbecue terrace.

To make for easy catering, the fully-fitted kitchen has a large cooker, fridge/freezer, large drinks chiller, icemaker, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and toaster. All drinking water is filtered and there is a small breakfast bar.

The lounge area, which also opens directly onto the terrace and pool deck area, is fitted with a hi-fi sound system. Cable TV is available with some 50 channels, including all the main international news channels. Of course, there is also wireless internet.

There is a small charcoal barbecue for outside catering. Most of Nutmeg Bay Villa’s windows are screened against insects. There is a small security safe for your valuables.

Nutmeg Bay Villa is fully-serviced by two housekeepers, Cicelin and Eslyn, up to six days a week. All your laundry and normal housekeeping needs are provided for.

Although Nutmeg Bay Villa is essentially a self-catering villa, an excellent and extensive catering service is available to you through Kim’s Catering, a specialist villa catering service providing a wide choice of menus and dishes up to international cuisine standards. If you require a chef during your stay, this can be arranged.
