Villa Ixora has all you need for a special and luxurious holiday in
Grenada. Villa Ixora is right
on the waterfront in a peaceful bay in the Coral Cove area of L’Anse aux
Épines, the secluded residential area on the southernmost tip of Grenada.
Accessed from a quiet cul de sac, this luxury
villa is in an inspired and tranquil setting, with all the ingredients for a very special
and luxurious Caribbean
holiday in the sun.
Newly built in 2002, Villa Ixora is exquisitely furnished with English pine and rattan
furniture and tastefully decorated with bright Caribbean colours.
The house has three
air-conditioned double bedrooms, two with king size iron four-poster beds complete with mosquito nets and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The master bedroom has French windows which open onto
a terrace overlooking the landscaped gardens leading down to the water’s edge. You can lie in bed and look out on the sea!
The adjoining master bathroom leads out to the gazebo with its double whirlpool bath. Bedrooms two and three share a bathroom and there is a further shower room and toilet off the
kitchen, plus a guest cloakroom.
The large and fully equipped luxury kitchen leads into the dining room,
with seating for eight people and a panoramic bow window overlooking the pool and sun deck.

Two sets of French windows lead from the very
comfortable and beautifully furnished living room
to the terrace, the focal point of the house, which retains shade throughout the day and has
ample seating.
The sun deck surrounding the pool has 4 stylish ‘steamer’ sun beds and two reclining chairs, all made of wood.
Large pots with palms and tropical plants complete the scene of Caribbean luxury around the pool.
Theresa, Ixora’s
housekeeper, will greet you on arrival and show you the villa. If you would like a meal prepared for your first evening, we recommend Kim’s
Catering, a specialised villa catering service. Theresa is also available to cook throughout your stay, although
there is a small additional charge (payable to directly to her) and
guests are responsible for the ingredients.
Theresa will also do your personal laundry. You will be met at the airport and brought to the villa, a 10 minute trip.
