Hibiscus Villa is a new architect-designed three bedroom villa of the highest quality, set in lovely landscaped gardens and located on the prime residential peninsula of Fort Jeudy. Hibiscus has spectacular ocean and coastal views and also benefits from the best of the trade wind breezes.

The owners researched other villas and locations exhaustively and have taken meticulous care over every detail in Hibiscus. The result is a dream holiday home for between two and six guests.

Designed to enjoy the very best of outdoor tropical-style living with large terrace areas (both sunny and shaded), Hibiscus has a large pool, beautiful tropical gardens surrounding the house and breath-taking views of the ocean, bay and mountains. The design is elegantly Caribbean. Open to the breeze with fine-looking furniture, art and décor. Louvred ventilation throughout the house allows the prevailing breeze to cool the house.

The open-plan ground floor includes living and dining areas and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Three pairs of wide French doors open on to the pool deck and terrace, with outside alfresco dining area and barbecue. The living area is beautifully  furnished with teak, mahogany and rattan furniture and decorated with tropical plants and paintings by local artists. The dining table seats 8.

Equipment includes cable TV, DVD player and a sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers and a CD player and MP3 hook up. There is also a second TV is in one of the two master bedrooms upstairs, with a PlayStation 2 DVD/CD player.

Hibiscus Villa has a large patio of lovely coral stone tile with a large pool. The outdoor furniture is teak – an alfresco dining table that seats 6, comfortable lounge chairs with a small cocktail table and six sun loungers.

The terrace has both sunny and shaded areas and also outdoor speakers to enjoy music from the sound system. The gardens are beautifully landscaped with a colourful profusion of tropical flowering plants, shrubs and trees. There is also a flat, grassy area for children to play.

The owner’s hobby is gourmet cooking so the kitchen is comprehensively equipped and fitted, including a large gas range/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with icemaker and dishwasher. There is also a large gas barbecue grill outside.

Hibiscus has two master bedrooms, each with a king bed and French doors opening on to a balcony to enjoy the beautiful views. These two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house for privacy. The third bedroom has a queen bed. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, ceiling fans and air conditioning.

On the lower level of the house there is a den and small office, with a desk and high speed internet connection, a day bed and cloakroom. Also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Within a 5 minute walk of Hibiscus is a small, secluded and little used beach in a calm and sheltered bay.
